End results of the 24-day challange!!!

Well, measuring time!!! And the end results are....................drum roll!!!

11 pounds
21 3/4 inches lost
2 pant sizes down, along with going from wide to average!!

Oh YEAH!!!!  It feel so good to be able to feel so good and have the energy to get through my day.  I am now on a maintence plan and as of this morning I am another knotch in my belt!!! so it is not stopping here, I am planning on keeping this going for sure!!

This program works and you are not starving while doing it.  It is so worth the work that goes into it!! And that isn't much!!! Next thing on my list, start looking for clothing that fit!!  That might have to wait a little bit, because I want to loose more!!!

17-24!!

Wow these last few days have gone by fast and I am trying to stay caught up!! As you can see I failed at staying caught up!! I am going to combine these last several days into one post.

These days just ran into each other, and I think it was because I have been sent on assigment and to Mauston, WI and am acting manager here until the regular one gets back from Medical Leave.

I am so glad I have been on Advocare because the energy level is over the top. I can keep going all day without feeling like I NEED a pick-me-up! I have been able to out last my co-workers!! They are yawning and starting to shut down and I keep pushing!!! They can't understand where I get the energy to keep on going!!! Well, I then introduce them to Advocare!!  It is up to them then to decide if they would like to try it!! Of course I have samples available!!!! My final numbers is in the next post!!!!
