This last phase of the 24 day challenge has been interesting to see the small changes in my body. I keep trying on my "skinny" pants and shirts and am so amazed that I am beginning to fit in them. I am starting to weed out the bigger ones. I have a box started to help get rid of them. I don't ever want to have to get back into them again. I feel so much better physically along with clarity of my mind as well. I am just amazed at it all. The days start to become routine and the energy just keeps on being there. I don't seem to run out when I think it should! But this product keeps surprising me in the benefits it gives. I have tried so many others and they didn't last to long. I never have gotten the benefits I get from this product(s). If I could I would make sure all my friends would be on it. This is how much I have fallen in love with it and have gotten results from it.
