Day 5 of 24

Today was very uneventful for sure. Did the normal Advocare morning things. Spark, Catalyst, Probiotic Restore. My regular snacks and meals. Evening after the meal was omegaplex and herbal cleanse. The day went great and felt very good after it was through. Had a day off so was able to get a lot done while making sure I was getting my full 100 oz. of water in for the day!!! Good day overall!!
