Today was very uneventful!!! Outside is cold!! -25 when I woke up this morning!!! It hasn't gotten warmer then -6 today!! I am so ready for summer!!! not sure why I am in the north if I don't really care for cold weather!!!
I did however get up and get my day rolling. I had the day off and so decided to get a few things done around the house. I rescheduled my Dr. appointment for tomorrow, so that I didn't have to go out in this -20 weather!! I will however need to tomorrow!!! It is going to be a long day for sure.
I did have a chance to do some cooking for the next couple days!!! I am excited that in two days I will be able to have some dariy, in moderation, and get to eat a few things I do miss not eating. But at the same time it is only 10 days for the cleanse and I can do this!! I spent a couple hours today gathering some recipes to get a jump start on things as far as the food area!!! I am so ready to have different foods. I get very tired of the same things all the time.
I am excited in getting started in healthy foods and recipes that will tingle my taste buds. So all in all it has been a good day and am so ready to move on to the next phase of this process!!!
Two more days!!
